The Global Biofoundry Alliance is a community collective of publicly funded Biofoundries across the world. The bespoke nature of each of the facilities provides a breadth of expertise and capability which is the source of great strength when united to meet pressing scientific challenges. Members of the Global Biofoundry Alliance are a test-bed for new technologies and the development of skills. The facilities allow researchers to adopt cutting-edge high-throughput workflows and enable accessibility for startups, SMEs and academic researchers alike. The Global Biofoundry Alliance welcomes users from the wider community interested in the engineering of biology.
